Our group training option is open to beginners as well as the experienced exerciser - anyone that likes working out in a small group setting that is motivating and fun!
Intro to Strength Training
Strength training fundamentals made simple for you. The gym can be an intimidating place if you're new - one of our goals is to make learning about strength training fun and simple. Our 6 week Introduction to Strength Training Course is a great option for kids, teens, and adults alike to learn how to lift weights safely with proper form and technique.
